Email playfolio.support@gmail.com with the issue you are seeing, the email address on your Playfolio account, and your device model if relevant.
Common Issues
Password reset: Use the reset password link from the sign-in screen. If the link does not open Playfolio, forward the email to support.
Import did not work: Some sites limit automated parsing. You can still edit the imported activity or create one manually.
Missing activities: Make sure you are signed into the same account. If you recently changed devices, open Playfolio with a stable internet connection and allow sync to finish.
