Delete in the App
In Playfolio, sign in to your account, open Settings, then choose Delete Account. Confirming this action permanently deletes your account and saved Playfolio data.
Need Help?
If you cannot access the app, email playfolio.support@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Playfolio account. Use the subject line "Delete Playfolio Account".
What Will Be Deleted
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize account data associated with your Playfolio account, including:
- Your Playfolio account record.
- Saved activities, collections, materials, steps, notes, source URLs, and thumbnails.
- Authentication records associated with the account where technically possible.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational reasons. Public Explore content is not tied to individual user accounts.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
